91. A permit to operate a laboratory may be issued in one or other of the following fields of activities or more than one at a time:
(a)  for the manufacture and repair of prosthetic devices or ortheses;
(b)  for medical biology examinations and analyses;
(c)  for radioisotope examinations;
(d)  for general medical imaging examinations;
(e)  for specific diagnostic radiology examinations.
